Spring Filter Blend
Spring! This year we're celebrating the season with something bright, juicy and gently tropical – a 50/50 blend of Wilton Benitez’s regional lot from Piendamo, Cauca, Colombia and a natural-processed Ethiopian lot from Banko Gotiti washing station in Yirgacheffe.
It’s silky, sweet, and super easy-drinking – think Pineapple, milk chocolate, coconut and a gamay like wine-y acidity and texture - juicy park wine vibes! Wilton’s precise processing brings clarity and polish, while the natural Ethiopian layers up the fruit, adds the sparkle and a little wild charm.
Fresh, juicy and just that bit sunny – majorly reminiscent of the kind of wines we’re all desperate to be drinking in the spring sun! Try it black for the fruit to really shine, or add a little milk for a dessert-like sweetness.
