Roastery Assistant

We’re looking for an experienced coffee professional to compliment our roastery team. Roasting experience is a plus but tasting, training, sales, wholesale, ecommerce, customer service, CRM, QC, R&D, BRB etc. will be looked upon favourably. The ideal candidate will bring a unique skill set to round out our already incredible team so do not hesitate to throw your hat in the ring. 

In your role you will assist with the below and more

Production roasting & packing

Green buying and forecasting
Roast scheduling

Sales
Sample roasting
QC and cupping
Roaster cleaning & maintenance
Research and innovation
Wholesale and Ecommerce CRM
Working in a small team
Coordinating with communication designer
