Coffee Purchases

At Everyday Coffee we go to great lengths to offer the highest quality roasted coffee we can. We have strict quality standards and don't believe in selling a second rate product, it is with this in mind that we cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases. if you have purchased roasted coffee beans from us at Everyday Coffee and are not satisfied please contact us at allday@everyday-coffee.com

Merchandise Purchases

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we have a 14 day return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us via allday@everyday-coffee.com for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to:

Please note:

  • Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. If the purchase appears to be used you will not be refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Items purchased online can be exchanged in person at our Collingwood or City stores with proof of purchase.

If the goods are faulty, or are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly get in touch and we'll get a replacement product to you asap or offer a credit or exchange.
