    Brazil Dutra Farm
    Origin: Brazil
    Region: Matas de Minas
    Varietal: Red and Yellow Catuai
    Process: Natural, Pulped Natural
    Altitude: 1000 masl

Ednilson and Walter are brothers and producers of specialty and organic coffees that are synonymous with quality and differentiation, inside and outside the country. Dutra farm is located in the beautiful region of Matas de Minas, in the municipality of Manhuaçu, where the coffee production takes place through entirely artisanal processes that make a substantial difference in the final result of the product.

Their green coffee bean is 100% single origin, and organic certified by: National Organic Program (NOP); Canadian Organic Standard (COS); Japanese Agricultural Organic Standard (JAS) and Ecocert Organic Standard (EOS), which is equivalent to the European Regulation. They also use hand crafted methods to grow their organic and sustainable coffee without chemical fertilisers and pesticides that do more harm than good. All this care requires their farming to be slower, less productive and a little bit harder, but they believe in “Doing things right: for the people, the environment and your morning coffee.”
