Honduras Las Acacias Espresso
An exceptional, clean, natural process coffee from producer Roger Antonio Domínguez Márquez. This lot is super juicy and more reminiscent of an anaerobic than a natural. We’re very excited to offer this lot, it is easily the best Honduran coffee we have had and comes from an absolute pro, who owns several farms in La Paz, Marcala, including the 5-hectare plot called Las Acacias. We have been absolutely HANGING out to roast it for espresso, so we hope you like it as much as we do! Perfect black but will make for a delicious fruity milkshake when you add milk!
