Bolivia has seen a resurgence in coffee production in recent years, specifically in specialty coffee as it presents a viable income and life for producers beyond commodity coffee and coca production. Finca San Lorenzo is bringing jammy apricot, cooked nectarine and caramel flavours with sparkling acidity and clean fruit-like sweetness. A juicy red catuai varietal grown by Roxana Chambi on her tiny 5-hectare farm, hand picked, washed and then sun dried, this is truly a labor of love and the proof is in the cup. Enjoy black or with milk if that's your thing!
