Moccamaster + Filter Coffee Subscription Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  • The Moccamaster Subscription offer is valid for Australian customers only (sorry no international orders) with a registered ABN and Commercial Business address. The terms of the agreement are binding and cannot be altered by eligible customers.

Moccamaster:

  • One Moccamaster Classic KB741A 1.25 Litre capacity machine will be supplied as part of the subscription. We cannot guarantee your first colour preference, colour is determined by availability at Moccamaster Australia at the time of purchase. 
  • The Moccamaster Classic KB741A will be shipped either by Moccamaster Australia and arrive separately to the coffee or by Everyday Coffee if we have stock of your chosen colour. 
  • You must purchase the Moccamaster over 12 months which is inclusive within the $210 monthly subscription fee – total cost $2,520 (inc. GST). Customer termination of the subscription prior to the conclusion of the full 12 month agreement will incur an early termination fee of $515 (inc. GST) charged to the nominated customer card. The Moccamaster will remain the property of Everyday Coffee PL until the full subscription is paid, or the early termination fee is paid by the customer at which point ownership will transfer to the customer.

Coffee:

  • The Moccamaster subscription includes a once a month delivery (12 in total) of Everyday Coffee Seasonal Filter Blend over 12 months. The seasonal filter blend changes every 3 months in line with the seasons, i.e. Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer. The Everyday Coffee Seasonal Filter Blends are subject to change without notice.
  • AusPost Parcel Post Delivery, or metro courier delivery is included within the $210 Monthly Subscription fee. If the customer elects to pay the early termination fee prior to the conclusion of the 12-month subscription, the supply of coffee will be terminated upon notification from the customer. If not terminated, the supply of coffee will continue at a readjusted rate that reflects the current monthly filter coffee subscription price.
  • Upon completion of the Moccamaster Subscription 12 month subscription period if the customer does not terminate the ongoing service then the price will be readjusted to reflect the current monthly filter coffee subscription price. A second Moccamaster will not be sent upon roll over to a new 12 month period. 

Payment:

  • A Direct Debit payment will be processed through Recharge against your selected credit card of $210 per month over a 12-month period for the total cost $2,520 (inc GST), defined as the subscription fee. A $5 administration fee will be a charged for each occurrence of a rejected transaction which may include insufficient funds or card details have changed as the cause of the rejection.
