Ethiopia Chelchele Espresso
Another of our fresh crop Ethiopians. This time another natural process, very rare for us historically, but as Ethiopia endeavours to meet the global market and demands of Climate Change, we’ve seen a major increase in the accessibility and quality of natural process lots, both of which we love when the coffee comes out clean and juicy like this. This is an incredibly clean expression of a natural coffee from the Kochere district of Yirgacheffe. Tasting like jammy peach, mellow vanilla, toffee and almond sweetness with a citrus acidity and floral finish.
