Brazil Finca Conesol Espresso
A delicious Brazilian coffee that we have enjoyed so much we decided we would release it as a single origin espresso. Conesol Farm, or Agropecuária Conesol, is owned by Lindalva de Oliveira Dutra Vivenza and sons, a family of Italian-Brazilian coffee producers who has been working in the coffee sector since the late 19th century. We don’t often purchase estate coffees, but the Brazilian coffee industry is the exception to that rule as small holder farmers are in the absolute minority. This coffee is grown with precise practices and a focus on best environmental practices given the context. They have produced a delicious creamy, caramel forward coffee with jammy plum acidity and praline finish. Great as a rich, balanced black coffee, but at it’s best with milk. Caramel milkshake!?
