Guatemala Finca Jolimex Filter

We are excited to start the year off with this absolute ripper from René Méndez, a caturra variety (our favourite do it all varietal) from his tiny 1.3hectare farm in the Huehuetenango region. This cup is full of jammy apricot and fresh tropical fruit with mild brown sugar and toffee flavours. Caturra is famed for giving us that juicy yellow fruit acid, and René’s processing has made that clear and available. Great for all of your black coffee needs, balanced and versatile, it will make a good satisfying hot filter and a juicy balanced cold one. Happy summer slurping!
