Peru Lima Norte Espresso
We’re excited to offer this standout lot back for another year. From Lima Coffee a seasoned Fair Trade and Organic certified co-operative in Peru’s Cajamarca region. It’s a vibrant, floral cup with jammy cherry, crisp apple, and a soft toffee-chocolate finish — juicy, clean, and wonderfully sweet. Grown by smallholder farmers at high elevations, this mixed variety washed lot is made up of Catimor, Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon, the common varietals that make Peruvian coffee so great on average. Peru is one of the world’s leading producers of Fair Trade Organic coffee, and this lot reflects that commitment to quality and sustainability. With expert support from Lima Coffee’s Rony Lavan, it’s a beautiful example of Peru’s growing presence in the specialty coffee world. An elegant, floral black coffee or sweet, subtle milk drink. Either way, we love Peruvian coffee and are excited to have it back for you!
