Autumn Filter Blend
Excited to put two of our most anticipated coffees of the year together! A 50/50 blend of Guatemala and Ethiopia, this one is all about dense fruit, silky sweetness and rich chocolate ganache finish.
50% Finca Jolimex — Huehuetenango, Guatemala
An absolute ripper from René Méndez and his 1.3 hectare farm. This is Caturra at its best (our favourite do-it-all varietal) delivering jammy apricot, fresh tropical fruit and that signature juicy yellow acidity. Balanced out with soft brown sugar and toffee sweetness, it’s versatile, satisfying and ridiculously drinkable.
50% Gara Agena — Sidama, Ethiopia
A dense, heavily fruited lot from the famed Gara Agena washing station. Special prep means only the ripest cherries, picked on a single day by a small group of farmers — the best of the best, kept separate. Expect intense blackberry, jammy peach, cola sweetness and cacao depth. Structured, complex, and built for filter.
Tasting like: jammy blackberry, peach and chocolate ganache. A clean, elegant body with lingering fruit and chocolate on the finish. Exceptional black. Silky and fruited with milk .Autumn drinking at its absolute peak.
