Ethiopia Shale Filter

The much loved (very deserving of this love) Yirgacheffe region has produced another banger of a coffee. This heirloom varietal from the Shale washing station is sweet, complex and delicate. It's no secret that we love Ethiopian coffees here at Everyday and we are over the moon to have a Yirgacheffe as our first offering of the new season. In the cup we are tasting notes of sweet biscuit and stone fruit accompanied by floral aromas. Best enjoyed as a black coffee through your favourite filter brewer. Enjoy!
